Catering will be provided by Flavaz, featuring traditional burgers, hot dogs, fresh salads, and a few special additions. Kick off the Independence Day weekend with your neighbors while enjoying great food, refreshing beverages and a dip in the pool or hot tub. RSVP today and we hope to see you there! Summer Kick-off Phillies Watch Party

Thank you, thank you, thank you to management and LaMar & Tony for beautifying our home. All the weeds are gone from the front of the building and Tony & LaMar put new carpet in elevator #1 which was badly needed. PLEASE residents, be considerate and don’t leave trash, dirt and stains on our new carpet. Thank you everyone!

While this water leakage did not impact my unit, I have comfort in knowing should I experience such that Shane/Audrey are prepared and immediately responsive to an unexpected challenge. Kudos also to the “behind the scenes crew”!!!!

There was a flood of sorts in building 1 today. It affected the unit on my floor, and what appears to be the work/study room. I wanted to give huge kudos to the team from Shane to Audrey all the way to maintenance for their swift response. I received a bunch of ring notifications during the workday and every single person sprung into action to address the water/flood. If you’re in building 1, I encourage you to send a thank you to the team. Incredible job!
