Anyone want to start a gym group? I love going but can’t stay consistent. I mostly use the second floor gym, since it’s usually empty, but im open to other options!
If you’re looking for a great gym nearby NIFS is where I typically go. They have everything weight and cardio training wise you can think of including free classes with your membership. It’s not super busy in the mornings too. The staff are very nice too.
