Bayfront Run at 8am! Warm up 7:50am. Distance 3 miles (out and back) by the bay. All paces welcome!
I expect weโll be back within 30-45minutes (I will likely pace us at a jog 10 minute a mile or 9:30) but feel free to run faster or slower
