Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan: The Full “Murph” 1 mile run 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 air squats 1 mile run Additional Details: • With a 20 lb weighted vest (if you have one and want to go RX—“as prescribed”) • The pull-ups, push-ups, and squats can be partitioned however you’d like.
