If you enjoy watching or want to practice flow arts, please feel free to join for good music and good vibes. Flow arts is a movement based art form by integrating dance and skill based prop manipulation. This includes many props such as Poi, Staff spinning, hula hoop, juggling, sphere manipulation, and fan dance, and the most popular Fire spinning (we will most likely not do fire spinning on premises but these skills can translate directly). Please be aware to give respect to those practicing and give them & their props adequate space as they are performing.
