This event is open to the first 40 residents to RSVP here in Cobu. If you'd like to attend the event and 40 people have already RSVPd, please go ahead and RSVP anyway so that if somebody cancels you'll be in line to take an open spot. We're switching things up for 2026 and our breakfasts will now be every other first Monday. For Five Coffee Roasters will be in both lobbies and they'll begin serving at 8:15am and be there until 9:15am or while supplies last (whichever comes first). This year's Christmas Tree pick will take place on Friday, January 9th. BEFORE that date, please place your tree in a large trash bag and leave it by the Bulk Trash Pick Up sign in the loading dock of the phase in which you live. All trees must be placed in these areas before pick up on the 9th. If trees are left in the area after that date, a bulk item pick up fee will be charged. Urban Boxing will be coaching you through a Boxing Workout at 11:15am the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Just bring yourself and water and they'll provide anything else needed. Remember to RSVP here.

We love our furry residents as much as you do and so want to give them their time in the spotlight. Each month a pet will be randomly chosen from all entries and announced and featured on our social media channels on the fifteenth (15th) of the month. Even better, the winning pet will receive a prize. Entering is easy; just e-mail a brief bio of your pet (example below) with a photo to meridianonfirst@paradigmcos.com by the 25th of the month with the subject line “Pet of the Month”.
